Terms of Service

1. Parties and Subject

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") regulates the conditions regarding the use of the service between corporate customers and their employees ("User") using the i-Expense application ("Platform") offered by Nacsoft Yazilim ("Company"). By downloading the application or logging into the web portal, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Definition of Service

i-Expense is a corporate SaaS solution that allows corporate employees to scan their expenses, receipts, and invoices, transfer them to the digital environment (supported by OCR & AI), enables managers to approve these expenses, and integrates them into accounting/ERP systems.

3. User Obligations

• ✦Users are personally responsible for the accuracy of all information, documents (receipts/invoices), and content they upload to the Platform, and their compliance with the law and their institution's internal regulations.
• ✦Uploading fake, falsified, or illegal expense documents to the system is strictly prohibited. If this is detected, the Company may suspend the account.
• ✦Cyber attacks or malicious software uses that will disrupt the functioning of the system or damage the artificial intelligence infrastructure are prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All source codes, databases, software, artificial intelligence models, interface designs, logos, and algorithms of the i-Expense application belong to Nacsoft Yazilim and are protected by copyright laws. Copying or reverse engineering the application is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The AI-supported OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system aims to read data with high accuracy, but the final control (accuracy of the amount or tax) is always the responsibility of the user and the manager in the approval process. Nacsoft cannot be held responsible for financial losses arising from OCR reading errors.
