  • Identity and Contact Information: Name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, corporate details.
  • Financial Data (Receipts and Invoices): Receipt/invoice images you upload via your camera or gallery for our AI-based OCR (Optical Character Recognition) service, and data such as expense amount, date, tax ID, and institution name extracted from these documents.
  • Device and Usage Data: Your IP address, operating system (iOS/Android), device model, in-app actions, and crash logs.

3. Purposes of Data Use

The collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Automating expense processes and extracting data with artificial intelligence.
  • Creating user accounts and managing internal corporate approval workflows.
  • Measuring app performance, fixing bugs, and improving user experience.
  • Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared in the following situations:

  • Your Employer/Institution: Since i-Expense is a corporate solution, your expense data is shared with your managers and your institution's ERP systems for approval processes.
  • Service Providers: Shared with reliable suppliers from whom we receive technical infrastructure services such as server hosting and data processing (AI/OCR models).
